I’ve been wanting to talk about this topic for a long time, and I’m grateful we’ve reached a point where we can have honest conversations about vaccines and childhood health without fear of being silenced.
Let me start by sharing something personal. I’ve had a sign in my office for over 20 years warning about acetaminophen’s link to neurodevelopmental problems. Now that Tylenol is finally making headlines, it reinforces what I’ve believed all along. It takes far too long for critical health information to reach families who need it most.
As a chiropractor with seven additional credentials in functional medicine, neurology, and nutrition, I’ve dedicated my career to understanding how our bodies work and what we expose them to. This isn’t about being anti-vaccine—it’s about being pro-information and pro-choice for families.
In 1986, children received 12 shots covering 8 diseases. By 2019, that number jumped to 54 shots, 70 antigens, and 16 diseases—and that’s before COVID vaccines were added. Yet according to the Institute of Medicine, studies examining the long-term effects of this cumulative vaccine schedule simply haven’t been conducted.
Meanwhile, 54% of our youth face chronic illness. One in six children has developmental disorders. One in 36 has autism. These numbers should alarm us all.
I’ve watched families lose their pediatricians for questioning vaccine schedules. I’ve seen children regress after certain vaccines. I’ve tested children who’ve never been vaccinated but carry heavy metals passed down from vaccinated parents. These aren’t isolated stories—they’re patterns we should pay attention to.
Whether you choose to vaccinate or not is your decision, and I respect and support that choice. What I don’t support is making uninformed decisions or being pressured into protocols without proper research.
At Connect My Brain, we believe every child deserves personalized care based on their unique genetic makeup, family history, and current health status. I invite you to our CMB community to learn more about protecting your child’s developing brain.
